After graduating from the State University at New York at Fredonia in 1997, John began his career at American Express Financial Advisors, which eventually became Ameriprise Financial. While there, he achieved the Mercury Award, status as a Senior Financial Advisor, Platinum Financial Services Advisor, and Private Wealth Advisor. He received many other honors and recognition for providing some of the highest levels of service to his clients. John has been consistently recognized as a top-level producer, ranking in the top 7% of independent advisors associated with Ameriprise Financial Inc. John holds a BS in business administration and holds the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation.
In 2018, John, along with his partners, founded Endeavor Wealth Advisory Group in order to provide a truly independent and comprehensive approach to financial planning. Endeavor Wealth Advisory Group believes that, in order to provide world-class service and guidance to their clients, an investment professional must be free of the influences present at many of the traditional Wall Street firms. John lives in Perinton, New York, with his wife, Kari, and their two children, Aiden and Avery. They also have a Labrador retriever named Tugger. When not in the office, John can be found planting trees, building bridges, or developing trails on his property as well as at his cabin in the Tug Hill region. As an avid outdoorsman, spending time with family and friends and enjoying what nature has to offer are key parts of John’s work/life balance. John and his family enjoy hiking, riding ATVs and snowmobiles together while exploring the area, and just being together.
Early in John's career, he embraced the importance of giving back to his community and has been a Zoning Board of Appeals member for the Town of Perinton for more than 15 years. John was also a member of the town’s latest Comprehensive Plan Update Committee, in which he served to help map out the future of the town of Perinton.

David grew up in Gates, New York, and graduated from Spencerport Central High School. After high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Army and served as a helicopter mechanic from 1980 to 1983. Following his enlistment, he transitioned to the U.S. Army Reserves in Syracuse, New York, serving as a crew chief. After completing Army rotary wing flight training in 1986, he was appointed as a Warrant Officer and Army pilot. While serving in the Reserves, David began his studies at Monroe Community College and then was accepted to SUNY Brockport, graduating with a BS in business and economics. David sought a change, accepted an Interservice transfer and served four years with U.S. Marine Corps as a commissioned officer and fixed-wing transport pilot, before moving back to Rochester where he and his wife started their family.
David began his career in the financial services industry in 1996 as a financial advisor at Ameriprise (formerly IDS/American Express Financial Services). Ameriprise is known in the industry for its outstanding professional training program.
David earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner designation in 2002. He is an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®, member FINRA/SIPC, and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities registrations. In New York, he holds health and variable life and annuity insurance licenses, and he is licensed in many other states as well.
David lives in West Irondequoit with his wife, Ann Marie. They have two children, Alan and Emma, who are both currently attending college. Ann Marie is a third-grade teacher at Greece Christian School and loves her role in shaping young minds.
Since 2008, David has led a financial literacy class at his church, which provides a platform to use his financial planning skills to help others. David enjoys traveling, cooking, cars, and reading. He is also a performance driving instructor with the BMW Genesee Valley Chapter and races in the Champ Car Series. David and Ann Marie are both active in their church and community.

Nathan started his financial advisor career in 2013 when he joined Ameriprise Financial and partnered with David A. Palermo, CFP®. In 2015, obtained the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation. In November of 2021 he successfully obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP®) certification.

Dave was born and raised in Albion, New York. He graduated in 1971 from SUNY Brockport, where he received a BA in mathematics. After graduation, he began his financial advising career with IDS Financial Services (now Ameriprise Financial Services). There, he was a consistent top producer and earned several awards, the most prestigious being his induction into the company’s Hall of Fame in 1997, which, at the time, had fewer than 200 members. He developed a business that utilized his knowledge and experience to provide comprehensive wealth management solutions that focus on quality customer service. He specializes in wealth management for retirees and pre-retirees to help preserve and grow their wealth. Dave has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ since 1985 and is licensed in 21 states. He holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 63, and 66 securities registrations and is licensed for variable annuities, life insurance, and New York state long-term care insurance.
Dave lives in Mendon, New York. He has three children and three grandchildren. He enjoys golfing, vacationing in the Caribbean, annual family vacations to Disneyworld, and following the New York Yankees.
Lisa began working with David Zambito, CFP®, in 2011 as a paraplanner and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial planning industry. She is responsible for operational and service support of David’s clients and assists in the preparation of personalized client financial plans. Lisa sets high standards for the client experience and meeting her advisor's and clients’ needs by providing assistance in a timely, friendly, and proactive manner.
Lisa began her career in the financial industry in 1989 with Shearson Lehman Hutton (currently Morgan Stanley) in Batavia, New York, where she held many different roles during her 20-year career. Her last 12 years there, she served as the operations manager of the branch. She holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 63, and 66 securities registrations and a New York state insurance license for life and health. She graduated from Genesee Community College in Batavia, New York, with an associate's degree.
Lisa resides in Bergen, New York, with her husband, Mark. They have two grown children and three grandchildren. Her passions include painting, gardening, traveling, and camping through the summer season.
Amy joined our team in 2008 as an administrative assistant. After a year of acclimating herself with our practice, she became a licensed paraplanner. As a registered staff member, Amy holds FINRA Series 7, 65, and 66 securities registrations, as well as New York state insurance licenses in life, accident, and health.
Amy is responsible for the overall practice operations for John Moose, ChFC®. She also provides a wide range of client services and provides service and support to John and his clients, meeting their needs while always seeking to exceed expectations. Over the years, Amy has taken on many responsibilities and is familiar with all aspects of the practice, including overseeing office operations, compliance, tracking new business, transfers/rollovers, and insurance. Prior to her career in the financial services industry, Amy worked as a real estate sales assistant for 15 years.
Amy was born and raised in Rochester, New York, and currently resides in Gates, New York. She has two wonderful young adult children, Zachary and Taylor. When not at work, Amy can be found attending her daughter's college lacrosse games at Roberts Wesleyan College. She also enjoys hiking, snowshoeing and raising orchids in her spare time.
