Amy joined our team in 2008 as an administrative assistant. After a year of acclimating herself with our practice, she became a licensed paraplanner. As a registered staff member, Amy holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations, as well as New York state insurance licenses in life, accident, and health.
Amy is responsible for the overall practice operations for John Moose, ChFC®. She also provides a wide range of client services and provides service and support to John and his clients, meeting their needs while always seeking to exceed expectations. Over the years, Amy has taken on many responsibilities and is familiar with all aspects of the practice, including overseeing office operations, compliance, tracking new business, transfers/rollovers, and insurance. Prior to her career in the financial services industry, Amy worked as a real estate sales assistant for 15 years.
Amy was born and raised in Rochester, New York, and currently resides in Gates, New York. She has two wonderful young adult children, Zachary and Taylor. When not at work, Amy can be found attending her daughter's college lacrosse games at Roberts Wesleyan College. She also enjoys hiking, snowshoeing and raising orchids in her spare time.
