Dezirae began working in 2025 as an administrative assistant for David Palermo, CFP® and Nathan Wegman, CFP®, CRPC®. She currently is responsible for operational and client service support under both David and Nathan. She became a Notory Public in 2026. Dezirae aims to assist Endeavor Wealth clients with an organized, prompt, and friendly approach.
Dezirae currently resides in Fairport, New York with her husband Aaron and three daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, attending her kids' school and sporting events, as well as working on freelance design and photography jobs.
